HSTS led and managed the Co-op’s rebrand of 1100 shops in 2016 – 2017
Provided resource to cover head of programme, procurement management, programme and project management.
Led a team of internal and external delivery and cost managers.
Full delivery from commencement to close down.
Developed KPI tracking and dashboards for Co-op exec consumption.
Procurement agreements and value engineering reduced the overall cost base on previously fully tendered programme.
Programme completed on time and within budget with fantastic feedback from Client management, staff and customers.
Programme numbers hit week on week, with upward curve on all KPIs tracked.
