HSTS led and managed the Co-op’s rebrand of 1100 shops in 2016 – 2017


  • Provided resource to cover head of programme, procurement management, programme and project management.
  • Led a team of internal and external delivery and cost managers.
  • Full delivery from commencement to close down.
  • Developed KPI tracking and dashboards for Co-op exec consumption.
